Founding lawyer of the office, Roxana has significant experience in representation in disputes in the fields of civil law, administrative litigation, tax law, litigation with professionals, corporate law and insolvency as well as in the field of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Roxana also provides permanent consultancy to clients in their field of activity.
She graduated Simion Barnuțiu Faculty of Law at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu in 2009, thus accumulating a vast experience throughout the years of activity.
Within the office she manages cases from the fields of civil law, property law and other rights for land but also in the subject of criminal law. Andreea assists and represents clients both in relation with administrative authorities and in court.
She graduated Simion Barnuțiu Faculty of Law at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu in 2015.
Passionate about civil law, Diana provides legal assistance in cases regarding family relations, property law, inheritance and division of assets, recovery of debits, disputes with insurers and owners associations etc. She is also actively and professionally involved in various criminal cases.
She graduated Faculty of Law at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu in 2019.
